The questions people ask.
What is a credit?
What you make spends credits: an image is 20, keyword research 20 a market, a keyword you add yourself 5, and one marketplace's listing copy 5. Credits are spent when something is made and handed to you, whether or not you keep it. That includes the closest try we show, with its problem named, when an image does not pass every check. If nothing is made, for example after an error, nothing is spent.
Why credits and not just a number of listings?
Because listings need different amounts. One seller wants two images; another wants all 10 image types, in four colours, for every marketplace. Credits charge for what you make, and the listing figure on each plan is how many typical listings its credits cover.
What counts as one listing?
One product you sell, however many marketplaces you send it to. Each marketplace calls a product's page a listing, but here the same product on Amazon, Walmart and eBay is one listing, not three.
What happens when I run out?
You cannot create anything new until you have credits again, and everything you have made stays editable and exportable. Buy a top-up, 1,000 credits for every $25, or move up a plan; moving up counts what you have already paid this period.
Do unused credits roll over?
No. Each month starts fresh at your plan's allowance, and a top-up lasts until your credits next renew.
Why move up a plan?
Each step gives more credits for the money, reaches more marketplaces (3, then 6, then all of them) and adds seats and support.
Can I change plan later?
Yes, either way. Moving up takes effect at once: you pay the difference for the rest of your billing period and get the bigger plan's extra credits for the rest of this month. Moving down takes effect at your next renewal. Monthly to yearly starts at once; yearly to monthly starts when your year ends. Everything you have made stays yours.
Do extra marketplaces cost extra?
No fee. Each marketplace's copy is 5 credits, and how many marketplaces a listing can reach depends on the plan: 3 on Starter, 6 on Growth, every one on Pro. Your Shopify store is included on every plan, and its copy is 5 credits too.
What do I get for free?
600 credits with no card: enough for one listing's images, keyword research in one market and the full export, so you can see what Commicorn makes before you choose a plan.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, monthly or yearly. Ask within 14 days of a payment with Request a refund on the Billing page in Settings. If you have used less than a quarter of that payment's first month of credits, or none of a top-up's credits, we refund your latest payment straight away, once per account. Otherwise we answer by email. Cancel at any time and we do not charge you again. Section 6 of the terms has the full rules.
Which currency do I pay in?
US dollars, Canadian dollars or euros: pick one above. Checkout adds any tax that applies where you are. Your plan stays in the currency you first pay in.
Is it cheaper to pay for the year?
Yes. Paying yearly gives you two months free on every plan. Month by month lets you stop at any time.
